After being abducted by the secretive Weapon X program, Logan is subjected to a brutal experiment designed to turn him into the ultimate weapon. His skeleton is infused with indestructible Adamantium while scientists manipulate his mind, erasing his memories and replacing them with fragments of a life he can no longer understand. As the procedures intensify, Logan begins experiencing flashes of his childhood—his family, a mysterious figure and the violent events that shaped him. When Weapon X finally loses control of its creation, Logan awakens in a feral rage and tears through the facility, killing several scientists and escaping into the wilderness. But his freedom is short-lived. Weapon X sends Lady Deathstrike to track him down, leading to a savage battle in the forest. Logan survives and disappears, leaving his past behind. Mid credit: a weakened Logan is discovered by Professor Charles Xavier. Post credit: a mysterious man watches reports of Logan’s escape.
