Jodie Lynn Resther (born November 28, 1978) is a Canadian actress and singer. She is best known for her television roles including Kiki in Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1992 - 1996) and the voice of Francine Frensky in Arthur (1996 - 2022).
When the turtles left New York they went to Gardenia to go on vacation, but it has Fairy Girls (The Winx) They help the turtles find there way back to New York defending gardenia from evil villains.
