Chelsea Zhang is an American film and television actress and former competitive (junior) figure skater. She's a graduate of the University of Southern California, USA.
Bloom is a special girl with magical powers who travels to the Fairy School to perfect her skills. She quickly befriends the fairies Stella, Flora, Musa, Layla and Tecna, and together they use their powers to save the universe.
