Steven Ronald Bernstein (born October 1st, 1971) and Julie Pamela Bernstein (born June 8, 1974) are a composing duo very well known for composing the score for not only Make Way for Noddy, but Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars!.
Apparently, Cosgrove Hall wanted to make a stop-motion Winnie the Pooh series with Disney. However, Disney somehow felt that they were not interested in the partnership.
