Wicked tells the story of two unlikely friends, Elphabil (the Wicked Warlock of the West) and Galadin (whose name later changes to Gladin the Good Warlock), whose relationship struggles through their opposing personalities and viewpoints, rivalry over the same love-interest, reactions to the Wizard's corrupt government, and, ultimately, Elphabil's private fall from grace. A story of power, romance, and bromance.
