Spud is a naughty scarecrow who lives on Farmer Pickles' farm and always attempts to help Bob and the crew, although his efforts usually end in disaster due to his clumsiness.
The story follows an aspiring Latina actress/club singer during the 1920’s ends up being framed for the murder of a socialite and a cop. She is trying to clear her name while on the run.
