Albert "Al" McWhiggin, also known as The Chicken Man, is the overarching antagonist of Pixar's 3rd full-length animated feature film, Toy Story 2. He is a greedy toy collector determined to collect rare toys in exchange for money.
The story follows an aspiring Latina actress/club singer during the 1920’s ends up being framed for the murder of a socialite and a cop. She is trying to clear her name while on the run.
