11-issue series written by Daniel Way and penciled and inked by Steve Dillon. The first six issues make up the "No Quarter" arc. Red Hulk, Elektra, the Punisher, Deadpool, Flash Thompson/Venom, the Red Leader, and Mercy join the Thunderbolts and fight General Awa of Kata Jaya and Madman. In the seventh issue, the team fights A.I.M. In the eighth and ninth issues, the team is pitted against terrorists in Russia, as well as Arthur Vanko and his Crimson Dynamos and Orestez Natchios.
