Princess Helen, known as The Fair Princess by her friends, is one of the five main protagonist, of the russian animation series Little Tiaras. She is born to control the elements, but doesn’t know how to master this power. Instead, she can accidentally freeze things. It makes her sad. She will learn to chase clouds, build ice bridges and roads in the air (to provide escape routes), make rain or snow fall (to extinguish fires).
