male
Lips Manlis is Big Boy Caprice's ex-tutor after being betrayed, the Club Ritz owner, and one of the minor antagonists from Disney/Touchstone's 1990 film, Dick Tracy.
With Mr_blue’s upcoming Sonic Movie and three other films combined with a final phase ending crossover, this rallies up the franchises, talent and more that should be in the rebooted MulToonVerse. As well as the ones that have made their way in.
