Magenta is Frances Kane, a friend and later girlfriend of Wally West. Originally a reserve member of the Teen Titans, she later turned to villainy out of jealousy for Wally. Magenta was created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, first appearing in New Teen Titans #17. (1982)
