He's a good version of Tiger claw I made up he would be voiced by Chris Jai Alex ... he is mutated into a white tiger by the krang when he was a child but after instead of becoming a assassin he'd be a batman like vigilanti who would track the krang to new york it's there he'd cross paths with the turtles mistake him for tiger claw and attack him but after he saves a boy the turtles realize he isn't a enemy and apologise they befriend him and he joins the mighty Mutanimals he would cross paths and fight regularly with tiger claw who tries to talk to his side but Tigein refusing break his code and disgusted by the mutant tiger claw grew into refused to join him the shredder or the foot
