In this universe he was is one of Commander Steel’s best friends and former sidekick in the second Steel movie he got brainwashed and turned into Red Hood in the third Steel movie he got framed for murder and Commander Steel formed a new smaller version of ghe Justice League to help him fight the real villain but Blue Beetle and his team got sent by the president to stop and arrest Henry and his team but Steel and Jason managed to escape and later Blue Beetle met up with them to fight the real villain he was also one of the characters that got captured and taken by Darkseid in Justice League apocalypse part 1
