Lionel is the brown senior helicopter in the series, also known as the "Aircraft in Charge". He does not take kindly to Budgie, Pippa, or especially Chuck causing trouble and making themselves nuisances, but he keeps things in order with his patience, but in firm ways. One thing Lionel especially doesn't take too kindly to is being called "Captain", which Chuck has a bad habit of doing. And Budgie refusing to go in the heliwash.
What characters would you like to hear voice actors voice?
Rules: no adding celebrities (with the exceptions of Mark Hamill, Keith David, Ron Perlman, Tim Curry, J.K. Simmons, Matthew Lillard, Steven Yeun, Ben Schwartz, and a couple others), no adding singers or musicians, no adding talk show hosts. Only add people who primarily do voice acting.
