Prince Charming Fortuna (simply known as Charming) is the secondary antagonist of DreamWorks' Shrek franchise.
He is an English-accented prince-to-be with "softy and bouncy" blond hair. He was originally supposed to rescue and kiss Princess Fiona, stop her "dreaded curse", and live happily ever after with her. However, she was rescued by an ogre named Shrek and fell in love with him instead. He is the son of the Fairy Godmother and Shrek's arch-rival.
