M. Bison, known as Vega (ベガ Bega?) in Japan, is a video game character and the primary antagonist of the Street Fighter series, first appearing as the non-playable final boss in Street Fighter II before becoming playable in its update, Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. The founder and leader of the criminal organization Shadaloo, he is a self-imposed dictator and megalomaniac seeking world domination. In his character arcade mode in Street Fighter 6, he was addressed as the Nameless Man.

Rules: no adding celebrities (with the exceptions of Mark Hamill, Keith David, Ron Perlman, Tim Curry, J.K. Simmons, Matthew Lillard, Steven Yeun, Ben Schwartz, and a couple others), no adding singers or musicians, no adding talk show hosts. Only add people who primarily do voice acting.
