Hera Syndulla is a fictional character from Star Wars first introduced in the Disney XD animated series of Star Wars Rebels. She a green-skinned Twi'lek female who is also the captain and pilot of the freight ship the Ghost and owner of the C1-series astromech droid number designated C1-10P, nicknamed Chopper. Hera saw firsthand the devastation of the Clone Wars and the reign of the Empire on her homeworld of Ryloth. She became an expert pilot and left Ryloth and the planetary resistance led by her father, Gen. Cham Syndulla behind, setting off across the galaxy to build her own resistance movement against the Empire aboard her starship along with recruiting her own crew to join her, too.
