When Robert DuBois was drafted into the Vietnam War, he fled to Canada, while his brother Mickey took his place and lost his legs. Robert became mentally ill and believed that he had actually fought in Vietnam. He became the mercenary Bloodsport; an enemy to Superman. In 2021, in both the Suicide Squad comics and movie, he became a member of the team.
