Zen Shigaraki (死し柄がら木き全ゼン, Shigaraki Zen), better known as All For One (オール・フォー・ワン, Ōru Fō Wan), and also known as Sensei (先生), is the overarching antagonist of the My Hero Academia franchise. He is the founder and original leader of the League of Villains, the mentor and adopted father of Tomura Shigaraki, the benefactor and de-facto leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and the arch-nemesis of the One For All Users, with the first and original user, Yoichi Shigaraki, being his younger twin brother.
