Jill had freckles and was quite tall, being an inch or two shorter than Nancy. She styled her long hair into loose curls "the size of soup cans" which she tied back in a ponytail. When she was first introduced, she was wearing a flowing pink dress, with a low cut bodice and lots of lace flourishes. She also wore eyeliner and a pink ribbon in her hair that matched her choker.
