David Cross (born April 4, 1964) is an American actor, writer and stand-up comedian perhaps best known for his work on HBO's sketch comedy series Mr. Show and for his role as Tobias Fünke in the Fox sitcom Arrested Development.
The plot of Watch Dogs is Aiden Pearce is a hacker that has hacked a system called ctOS (Central Operating System). When Aiden takes his hacking skills too far and hacks the wrong people they retaliate by killing his niece but Aiden Pearce swears vengeance on ctOS and all who control it.
