After Wyvern died, Giganto first experienced fear in the face of certain death. When Knight died, he felt like the Titans were becoming obsolete and too dull to even considered a threat now that Echidnas can go Super, they have an entire planet fighting them, and Perfect Chaos is a Titan killer. But the whole situation with Chaos growing weaker with each use of the Chaos Emeralds gives him hope. But he lost it when Mephiles turned on the Ancients and killed them, and then Iblis melted Supreme down to nothing, and then Giganto became the last Titan left as he fought honorably against Iblis, and was about to win when Mephiles single-handedly, without the help of the Master Emerald or the Chaos Emeralds or anybody at all, killed Giganto.
