Waluigi in his first ever motion picture nobody expected. Wario has gotten himself arrested after his endless crimes for embezzling money and stealing treasures, leaving his brother(?) Waluigi to come rescue him while at the same time trying to cheat at his unfair life of rejection and being misunderstood.
