By the end of the season, she takes over checkmate and employs Deathstroke, Count Vertigo, Sargeant Steel, Alton Janus, Sasha Bordeaux, and Mr. Bones. This series' main purpose is to show how powerful Amanda Waller is and to have Checkmate as a looming presence for the rest of the chapter.
