Business is booming until rumors about a 10ft-foot monster rabbit attacking the town's vegetable gardens start to spread, causing panic and confusion across West Wallaby Street. With a vegetable competition coming up and a jealous hunter out to get rid of Wallace to win the heart of Lady Tottignham, Gromit turns to Brum for help as Wallace sets out to find "The Were Rabbit".
