Rizzo the Rat is a Muppet character, created and performed by Steve Whitmire. He is a fictional rat who appeared on The Muppet Show and numerous films, with a starring role in the 1992 film The Muppet Christmas Carol.
Two old men wait around outside to hear a good joke from some entertainer, who may or may not be coming (depending on how long he's writing the joke). This leaves the crazy geezers to ramble back and forth with each other while occasionally meeting 1 or 2 people.
