The lone son of the previous Galra leader, Emperor Daibaazal, Zarkon believed in the superiority of the Galra Empire, leading to Zarkon's own path of conquest when he took the throne of Planet Korrinoth, or best known as Planet Doom. A cruel yet powerful leader, Zarkon has spread the Galra Empire across many planets, even earning the attention of the Galaxy Alliance. But he fears the possibility of the legend of Voltron being true, which is why he attacked Arus with such fervor. But now, he senses that the legends WILL be true... and he will make sure to do anything he can to put Voltron down for good.
