Tory Froid, known as Toru Hikawa (氷川 透, Hikawa Tōru) in Japan, is a character in the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series. He is the primary operator of IceMan.EXE, though IceMan is shared between him and Tory's father, Seiji Froid. He is one of Lan Hikari's friends alongside Maylu Sakurai, Dex Ogreon, and Yai Ayano.
