Julia Krystal, known as Masumi Kotsu (光こう津つ 真ま澄すみ, Kōtsu Masumi) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime and is the representative for the Leo Institute of Dueling Fusion Summon course.
