Rita Iizumi, commonly known as Leader, is a major antagonist in the A Certain Magical Index franchise. She is the leader of the mercenary group from the dark side called "Scavenger", serving as their tactician. She holds a grudge against most of the authority figures in Academy City, desiring to wipe them all out.
