Millium Orion (ミリアム・オライオン), also known under her aliases the White Rabbit (白兎ホワイトラビット) and the Silver Puppeteer (銀色の傀儡使い), is a member of Class VII and a member of the Ironbloods. She works as a spy for the Imperial Army's Intelligence Division. She operates the puppet Airgetlam (アガートラム), whom she nicknames "Lammy" (ガーちゃん).
