Elias is a young, ambitious rescue boat. Given to Cozy Cove port by the Rescue Society, it's Elias' duty to inspect the area and rescue any vessels in distress. Other than this, Elias is also the boat who delivers supplies to Big Blinky. Swifty is his lifeboat.
