Vecina del pasaje, hija de José y hermana de Franco. Es la mejor amiga de Rocío, que se enamora de Nicolás. Escandalosa, muy recargada en su estilo y profundamente consentida por su padre y su hermano. Así es Maite, mujer independiente, proactiva y que sin mayores estudios ha logrado hacerse un nombre y ser reconocida como masajista. Celosa y aprensiva con “sus hombres”, la joven se encarga de espantar a las posibles interesadas en ellos.
