Intergalactic bounty hunter, one of the most sadistic in this profession. He's the last Plutonian alive, having caused the mass extinction of his people himself ! As a Plutonian, he's a great rival to any Saturnian. He was hired by the same person as his rival here for GORT, which pleases him because he prefers a challenging mission.
