The main character of the story, a fallen angel, possibly named Uziel, who fell to Earth instead of to Hell, and became something of a local superhero for the Gem City. He has an edgy, raspy voice and fits many 90s antihero stereotypes. He has a strong moral code he adheres to, and always seemed to be more "woke" than the other archangels, aware of all the things The Almighty and his underlings turn a blind eye to. His goal is for the masses to be treated fairly instead of exploited, and for the Gem City to be kept safe.
