Foster/eventual adoptive daughter of Laura Penley, older adoptive sister of Benjamin and Chelsea Penley, and love interest of this universe’s Miles Morales. She is taken in by the Penleys due to her orphaned status and physical abuse at the hands of her uncle Reginald with whom Laura has history as well. As a result of the abuse, she lashes out a lot and repeatedly hurts others physically as a way to take back control; it’s only Benji’s compassion and undying faith in her redemption that drive her to become a better person than her past made her to be. She later becomes the superpowered lethal force vigilante heroine Paranoia.
