Long ago, "The Radiant One" was a massive beast that spanned across the skies and seas, plaguing the land with psychokinetic storms that ravaged it until a group of heroes sealed it away. However, the seal is soon wearing off, and it plans to bring the storm of a century when it returns... (Note: "The Radiant One"'s voice lines from each dub would be used across all languages and layered together to give it a fittingly "eldritch" voice.)
