One of the stranded Pokemon that Pikachu befriends. Charmander had a rough life growing up, making them ornery and distrusting of everyone they meet. Thus, they were stuck in survival mode when they arrived in this strange new world, and quickly got branded a criminal for constantly beating up Pokemon that they mistook for enemies. It was Pikachu who finally won their trust, and encouraged them to find a way home by promising them a new home where they'd actually be cared for. (Note: the player can choose the gender for each of the four stranded mons, with each gender having its own voice option).
