In an alternate 1960s metropolitan city district where anthropomorphic beings coexist reluctantly among humans, often treated as second class citizens, one clumsy but well-intentioned young woman is determined to guide the younger generation into a brighter future with equal rights. That battle is hard even with friends on their side, and with an evil organization fighting to keep experimenting on these innocent figures just fighting for their right to exist, the war is more difficult, but will determination and friendship prevail?
