Henry Anderson’s personal henchman/lab assistant responsible for the drugs plaguing Baskerville. Though not as influential as Anderson, he is more menacing and more psychotic than him, taking massive pleasure in murder and torture. His reign of terror ends when his twin sister Jessica turns against him and accidentally kills him to protect Baskerville.
