A young human falls into an underground kingdom populated by monsters, sparking an unexpected journey of choice and consequence. Armed with only a heart full of determination, the human encounters quirky, tragic, and dangerous creatures—from the skeletal brothers Sans and Papyrus to the formidable Undyne and the mysterious Toriel. The movie explores themes of friendship, redemption, and the weight of choices as the human navigates traps, battles, and emotional revelations. With its blend of humor, horror, and heart, Undertale shows what it truly means to be a hero—and whether violence is ever the answer.
