In October 1986, the wealthy Ushiromiya family gathers on their secluded private island, Rokkenjima. When a sudden typhoon traps the 18 family members and staff, a series of bizarre and grisly murders begins, seemingly orchestrated by "Beatrice," a legendary witch who supposedly granted the family patriarch his fortune.
