Not her doppelgänger but was actually her. Cooper grabs her hand and decides to take her out of there, only to encounter THE ARM. The three find themselves back in the waiting room, and THE ARM decides to tell them the truth. THE ARM calls out to someone behind the curtains and two figures enter the room, a man and a woman.
