Carolina Del Pilar Gaitán Lozano is a Colombian actress and singer. She studied at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York and has participated in more than 15 successful productions in and out of her native country.
The film tells the story of a thirteen-year-old Canadian girl of Chinese descent, Mei Lee, an exemplary daughter struggling with adolescence and an overprotective mother. Moreover, whenever Mei feels strong emotions, she turns into a red panda.
