John Cho is a Korean American actor best known as playing Harold in the Harold and Kumar film series, as well as playing helmsman Hikaru Sulu in 2009's Star Trek.
The film tells the story of a thirteen-year-old Canadian girl of Chinese descent, Mei Lee, an exemplary daughter struggling with adolescence and an overprotective mother. Moreover, whenever Mei feels strong emotions, she turns into a red panda.
