Windsor Davies was a British actor. He is best remembered for playing Battery Sergeant Major Williams in the sitcom It Ain't Half Hot Mum over its entire run.
Set in the Interwar period, Tugs is about the adventures of two rival anthropomorphised tugboat fleets: the honourable & hard-working Star Tugs, managed by Captain Star (who recounts the stories), and the devious & deceitful Z-Stacks
