Benjamin Small is a British voice actor, who has provided numerous character voices in various animated films and television shows. Most notably, Thomas the Tank Engine in the UK dub of the children's television series, Thomas & Friends.
The tugboat, for it's size, is the most power vehicle afloat. And the Star Tugs, are the work behind the docks and industries that make up the Big City Port.
