The idea comes from the fourth episode from the first season of True Detective "Who Goes There' It shows Rust Cole goes undercover in a biker gang... i think that this concept could work in a 8 episodic season.
The Story: A Horrible shootout happend in a small town where 4 people died tragic under them where two 14 year old girls. First it seems like a drive by shootout with some innocents in between but the forensics tell something different... These 4 people where killed maybe they knew to much. At the end it comes out after questing so witnesses that there were actually six people: the shooter and one innocent 16 year old girl. Also it comes out that it was in the biker gang... so one of the detectives goes undercover to find the truth but has to questioning himself how far he can go till he stops, he falls in love with one of the biker girls and gets a huge usege of Heroin, Cocain and Alcohol... a tale of Love and Death
