Takizawa Haruya is Takizawa Asuka and her brother's father. He is well-known as the Blazing Good Weather Man, being a passionate drummer who is determined to perform a ritual that will clear the sky from bad weathers. He first appeared in episode 26, performing the ritual to clear the sky for the Astronomy Club. According to the Principal, he used to be a student at Aozora Middle School, and one time he cleared the sky simply by praying.
