Carlos Bernard Papierski (born October 12, 1962) is an American actor and director, best known for his role as Tony Almeida in 24, which he played from 2001 to 2006, and then reprised again in 2009, 2014 in 24: Solitary and 2017 in 24: Legacy.
There is a brown tide infesting the ocean off the shore of Nicaragua. The NUMA crew investigates & discovers an all-too-human evil at work in that part of the world, & the brown tide is only a by-product of its plan. Soon, its work will be complete-and the world will be a very different place.
